Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the item’s delivery date. Once approved, please ship the item back within 10 days. Items must be returned unused, unwashed, with all Tercette tags and original packaging intact. If a return does not meet our policy, it will be sent back to you. All sale items are Final Sale and are non-refundable.

US returns: Log into your Customer Account here to initiate a return request. A free shipping label will be issued when the return is approved.

International returns: Please visit our FAQs for more details. Shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
